Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned: intimate wear Accessories (e.g., certain Gloves, close-fitting Beanies, hats & caps), personalized/altered items, and items not in original condition.

4.3 Shipping

We deliver globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is within our service area.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat fee via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification via email upon dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
